Good Service,the Guy Pick us from Airport was very Helpful Shuttle to Kuta Good price-but you pay the difference with taxi and time

Far from everything, even with free shuttle, u dont want to spend time on the road with traffic! Dark room , Old room, old sheet-stain Towel need renovation Bad and limited breakfast-felt old No spa-even tho they say they have Small Pool for buss only but cant be for holiday Bad WIFI Minimum 20min drive to centralKuta, and like 50Min walking

Not 4 star hotel

Literally next door to supermarket was handy, but room has no fridge!

Requested non smoking room but walked in and almost choked. Mould /black stains on curtains in room. Could not use bidet for toilet because the water smell was foul. Overall cleanliness was poor. Room has no fridge. Breakfast was not good or adequate. Would not return.

- very friendly staff - comfortable bed - free parking - strong air con - cleaners are trustworthy

- walls are thin and could hear my neighbours alarm for the first 3 days - kids always screaming in the morning while swimming - shower floor was gross - far from kuta if you're traveling by taxi but if you rent a scooter it's better - restaurant in the hotel has good prices food is ok service is bad. Takes forever to bring out your food. - booked a room with balcony but got a pool side room instead. (which I don't recommend since people like to swim at 6am and you can hear literally everything) - The cleaners don't change sheets daily I had to write a note to the cleaners for them to change it which they did once out of my 2 week stay. - laundry is not free which I didn't find out until check out! They should write it somewhere that they charge to clean laundry. Cost me $53 AUD for 4 washes - would not recommend if you're a light sleeper

Acceptable for the amount you paid

In the heartland of Kuta. You have a big supermarket just beside the hotel if you need any fix for your breakfast. Plenty of food nearby! The bed was comfortable as well.

- Breakfast (only about 5 choices and it cost Rp. 50,000 per person per day. Not worth it) - Cleanliness. Upon entering the room, we noticed a lot of spiderwebs around the bed ceilings and the lamp. There was also cockroach on the toilet. On top of that, the floor wasn't mopped clean. I could see hairs that doesn't belong to neither of us upon checking in. Even after room services for the next few days, there was no improvement. - customer service. Asked about the massage that the hotel offered and they said will get back to us within minutes. We waited and called them again, but gotten the same answer. They don't call you back until you call them. (Even so, you don't receive your answer) Talk about massage, theres plenty of good affordable massages around the area. Just gotta explore.

Not really impressed. Won't be coming back

Wifi didn't work the next day Hotel pick up ridiculously too expensive!! 150.000 rupiah!!!! Basically, poor service for this transportation. Especially, for solo travelers like many using taxi probably cost too much! It's only costed 40.000 rupiah but they can't offer better to serve their customers.

staff were friendly, however, spoke very poor english. Wifi connection strong. Free shuttle into kuta

beds had hair and stains throughout blankets, shower was mouldy, walls falling apart, safe did not work, had a staff member come up and fix it, however, still did not work. Location is a fair trek from main part of Kuta, perhaps staying at the other Adhi Jaya if wanting to be close to shopping/nightlife/food/etc

Nice place away from the busy kuta centre

My children and I loved the interconnecting rooms which are rare in Bali. The pool is lovely and the staff were great with the kids. The supermarket next door stocks everything you need and we ordered room service one night and the food was decent and well priced.

A little far from anywhere but transport is easy to arrange. It would be good to have a fridge in the room.

Good local hotel

Location has good access by car to Kuta and Denpasar. Room was comfortable and reasonably clean. Indonesian breakfast was good.

Very noisy hotel. Mostly local guests, who have a different perception of noise. Western breakfast was poor.
